York: York Harbor Beach
York, Maine, United States
York Harbor is a small, sandy beach in York, Maine. Locals refer to this beach as Mothers's Beach because it is a great place for kids. This means it is often busy with picnicking families and kids splashing about in the water. There are lifeguards on duty from the end of June until early September. An outdoor shower is available so you can rinse off after your swim. Restrooms are available and are wheelchair accessible. Parking is limited, but visitors can access the beach via trolley.
