Weston Park East offers a sheltered bay and designated swimming beach, protected from the prevailing north westerly winds.

Located on the shores of Tarcoola Reach, Lake Burley Griffin this area offers visitors a swimming enclosure with pontoons, a generous beach, BBQ’s, toilets and parking just 20 minutes from the centre of Canberra.

Swimming should be avoided for several days after heavy rainfall as bacterial levels are strongly affected by such events.
