Wellingtons / Whangaumu Bay is a beautiful white sandy beach on the Tutukaka Coast. Public toilets are available on Whangaumu Street close to Mere Tiaho Lane. Hen & Chicken Islands are visible from the shore and externally explorable by boat or board. The islands are natural reserves and permits are required to land on all of the islands.
