Venice Beach Pier is a great place for all types of beach goers. The pier is free to fish on and no fishing license is required. Bait is sold at the bait shop along with snacks, fishing pole rentals, and coffee. If you are not enjoying fishing, shovels for hunting sharks teeth are available to rent also. Sharky's on the Pier restaurant is connected to the pier and is the only waterfront restaurant in the Venice area.
