Tourmaline has a medium sized parking lot directly in front of it at the base of Tourmaline street. There is a lifeguard tower and public restrooms in the parking lot. There is a storm drain outlet that leads directly to the beach here. It is a very popular spot for beginner surfers and often very crowded during the summer.
