Topanga County Beach at Topanga Canyon
Malibu, California, United States

Topanga Beach is one of the most popular surf spots in the area with a wide sandy beach perfect for sunbathing on warm summer days. Also popular with paddle boarders, kayakers, skin divers, snorklers, and scuba divers. The waves at Topanga Beach break over cobblestones and reef and give surfers long rides into the bay. At low tide, the rocks and cobblestones can make entering and exiting the water difficult. There are a few restaurants across from the beach which can be reached by using the PCH underpass. Small self pay parking lot, limited on street parking, handicapped accessible, restrooms, showers, and daily lifeguards. Close to the J. Paul Getty Villa museum, it offers views of Santa Monica Bay and Catalina Island. This beach is monitored five days a week in front of the creek mouth.
