Tolovana State Park Beach is located just south of Cannon Beach along the Pacific Ocean coastline. This beach is one of the best places to access and view Haystack Rock. There are no fees to enter this wide, sandy beach. It's a great place for picnicking, fishing, and wildlife viewing.
