Tobay Beach is a restricted access recreational ocean front beach located in the middle of Jones Beach Island, a barrier island off the South Shore of Long Island. Residents of the Town of Oyster Bay are the only ones allowed to entry, with a limited number of guests from outside the town on weekends. On weekdays, the beach is open to non-residents with a fee of $30.

Tobay Beach offers a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere to its visitors.
