Tobay Beach is a restricted access recreational beach located in the middle of Jones Beach Island, a barrier island off the South Shore of Long Island. This beach area offers a great view of the Tobay Heading, part of South Oyster Bay, in a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. For those coming with children, Tobay park offers the Spraypark playground.

Residents of the Town of Oyster Bay are the only ones allowed to entry, with a limited number of guests from outside the town on weekends. On weekdays, the beach is open to non-residents with a fee of $30.
