Spring Creek Fish Hatchery State Park also known as “The Hatchery” is a famous windsurfing and kite-boarding site on the Columbia River. A hot spot for advance windsurfers, pros, and freestyle experts, this a great place for spectating even if you are not participating. Beware that swells can be very big during strong wind days, and the slippery rocks can make launching difficult. This state park offers bathrooms, picnic tables and parking. Washington State Park fee of $10/day or Discover Pass ($30/annual) required.
