A popular summer destination for swimming, paddling and picnicking, Sunset Beach offers easy access to the Russian River. It is also a popular year round spot for bird watching and fishing.

From the parking area, a short, unpaved trail passes a picnic area and leads to a rocky beach with beautiful views of redwood forests and the Hacienda Bridge.

Restrictions:

No fires or barbecuse on the beach

There is ADA access to portable restroom and picnic areas. Three accessible parking spaces.

Parking - $7 or free for Regional Parks members

Hours - 7 AM to 30 minutes before sunset
