Steers Beach

Steers Beach is one of two Northport Village-owned beaches that looks out on Northport Bay. It is located on a sharp turn on Eaton’s Neck Road leading out to Asharoken Beach. Come enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, picnicking, and soaking up the rays. Parking stickers are $15 and only available to Northport Village residents. Amenities include restrooms, showers, kayak racks, a beach pavilion that can be used for private events, a first aid station, charcoal grills, and picnic tables. There are no food concessions but ice cream trucks frequently visit the parking lot! No alcohol, fires, or pets allowed. Lifeguards are on duty during summer months. This is a Tier II beach.
