This Atlantic Ocean beach is located between Union and York Avenues in Spring Lake, where visitors will find over 2 miles of sandy beaches. Spring Lake is also home to the "longest uninterrupted non-commercial boardwalk in the state." Beach badges are required for visitors to Spring Lake's beaches.
Please note: Brown Avenue beach in Spring Lake – closes for 24 hours after 0.1 inch of rainfall in 24 hours; closes for 48 hours after 2.8 inches of rainfall in 24 hours. This posting may not be included on the monitoring site or in Swim Guide
Lifeguards are present daily beginning June 15th through Labor Day.
North End & South End pavilions have food, outdoor showers & restrooms daily beginning Mid-June.
Beach Badges are required **
Beachgoers must purchase and display a beach badge. Daily badge for people 12 and older is $20, children 6-11 is $10 and admission is free for those 5 and under. There are public restrooms at certain locations near the beach.
