There are diverse fish species, including the popular pike, walleye, and perch. Swimmers also enjoy the waterfront since there is a beautiful sandy beach on the southeast. These beaches have a dock and boat launch for folks enjoying water sports out on the lake. On top of that, the beach has a volleyball court, playground, and a hall that can be rented for dances, weddings, and other gatherings. This beach can be enjoyed in the summer as well as the winter, when there are Ice Fishing Shacks scattered across the lake.
