Seal Rock is a State Wayside park, located on the coast of Lincoln County. The site was named for the rock formation in the shape of a seal. The tide pools and sandy beach make this a great place to explore the beauty of Oregon's coast. Seals, sea lions, sea birds, and many other animal species also enjoy this spot so please take great care not to disturb these creatures or their habitat.

There is a parking lot located directly north of Seal Rock. Amenities include picnic tables, view points, and a public restroom. There is no fee to access the site.
