Scott Paper Mill is owned by Kruger Inc. and located in New Westminster, BC. This mill produces tissues and paper towels. The New Westminster Mill is 90 years old. Kruger bought the plant 15 years ago from Scott Paper Ltd.

In March 2012, Kruger cut 187 jobs from its New Westminster Paper Mill. The company shut down two of the mill’s four production lines. The lines were described by the mill’s general manager as being inefficient and outdated.
