Sayville Marina Park Beach
Sayville, New York, United States
The Sayville Marina Park is located by Sayville's Port O'Call and was the site of the Tidewater Inn, which opened in 1916 and featured a restaurant that could seat 300 for dinner. The building was destroyed by fire in 1987, eventually becoming an Islip Town park. There is a large pier here with plenty of beaches for relaxing, fishing, and looking out at the beautiful scenery. There is also a playground, picnic tables, eating facilities, a large parking lot and three tennis courts at the end of Foster Avenue. A town permit is required for parking. Hours are 8am-5pm daily. Handicap accessible and bathrooms available. This is a Tier I beach.
