Saratoga Bathing Beach - North

Saratoga Beach is at the north end of the Comox Valley on the sheltered east coast of Vancouver Island. It is 26 km (16 mi) north of Courtenay and 26 km (16 mi) south of Campbell River. Saratoga Beach is a shimmering sandy beach, with an oceanfront are great for children and adults. Common recreational activities include, skimboarding, kite-flying and building sandcastles. The beach is 200 feet long and has warm, shallow water that is good for swimming. There is minimal powerboat traffic, deep water or strong currents. Saratoga Beach is nearby the popular Miracle Beach Provincial Park and Oyster River Regional Park.
