Richard Seltzer Park
Panama City Beach, Florida, United States

The S. Richard Seltzer Park provides public beach access, while preserving a representative area of undeveloped beach and providing a site for environmental education. The park consists of 4.75 acres and has 170 feet of Gulf of Mexico front dune system, is 4.75 acres with 850 feet fronting Thomas Drive and a 170 foot gulf front dune system. This preservation area displays interpretive exhibits to increase general public’s awareness of the delicate of beach/dune dynamics. Onsite amenities include picnic areas, pavilion, restrooms, water fountains and outdoor showers.
