Red Beach overlooks Puawai Bay close to the mouth of Orewa sound. This patrolled beach is perfect for swimming, fishing and canoeing, kayaking and water sports. Facilities include toilets, food and beverage stand and ample parking. Dogs are prohibited on the beach from the 1st Sunday in October - the 3rd Sunday in March from 9am-7pm
