Racoon beach is located within the Roosevelt International Park at the southern tip of Campobello Island. Racoon Beach borders the marine body of water Dinner Cove, of the Bay of Fundy. Visitors will find parking, an outhouse, and a picnic area at Racoon Beach. The beach can be accessed by a steep and slippery metal staircase. Once on the beach, you will notice that all the rocks have been rounded, this is from the strong tidal forces coming from the bay. Looking out from the beach visitors will be able to see Grand Manan.

There are also several hiking and biking trails in the area that visitors can enjoy.

La plage Racoon se trouve dans le Parc International de Roosevelt, à l’extrémité sud de l’île Campobello. La plage Racoon borde la Baie de Fundy.
