This beach and state park are located on a peninsula with the Chesapeake Bay on one side and the Potomac River on the other. The park offers many opportunities for water recreation including swimming, sailing, boating, and fishing. There is a charge for day-use and overnight camping at the park. At the beach you will find grills and picnic tables. A designated swimming area is available and lifeguards are on duty there on summer weekends. For your convenience there are restrooms and showers.
