Plateau Lake is southeast of Stump, and may need a 4x4 vehicle to get to. Its also accessible from Peter Hope Lake.

No resorts are available, though there is a 6-vehicle BCFS campsite with cartop boat launching on the west side of the lake. BC Adventure calls this lake a "fly fisherman's dream" due to its long, narrow spring-fed shape and extensive shoal areas from shoreline to a deep trench running the length of the lake. You'll find large rainbow trout (up to 10 pounds), though 3-4 is normal.
