Pelican Lake Beach (South End)

Pelican Lake is the largest navigable lake in southwester Manitoba. This lake has been a popular location for recreation since the early 20th century for camping and cottaging. Pelican Lake remains a popular location for recreation, now boasting prime conditions for sailing as well as other water activities. The water level of this lake is controlled by the Pembina River Diversion near this beach since in the past, the water levels fluctuated greatly.
