Pancake Bay beach is located on the east shore of Lake Superior near Sault Ste. Marie. This fine sandy beach is 3.2-km long. Swimming is best in late July or August when the water warms up. Pancake Bay Beach is sheltered from Lake Superior by the two protective masses of land that form the bay.

No lifeguards, water safety is your responsibility. Life Jacket Lending Program available.
