Osborne Boat Landing features three double boat ramps and a canoe launch managed by Henrico County. A fishing pier extends out into the James River. And the adjacent Osborne Park features a playground, shelters, and trails. Park is open from dawn to dusk, and also neighbors Kingsland Marina and the Lilly Pad Cafe.
