To access this beach area, visitors must cross the footbridge. You will find the area less crowded than the beach north of the footbridge. Amenities at the Footbridge beach include a concession stand and restrooms. The beach is open during the day and are lifeguards are on duty from 10am-5pm from June until early September. Beach is closed to public from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am during the months of May through October of each year.
