The ocean beach at Edgartown Great Pond, a Martha's Vineyard Land Bank Commission-beach, is located on the barrier between the pond and the Atlantic Ocean. The pond is the largest in Edgartown and can only be accessed by boat. It's a popular spot for paddlers because it has lots of wildlife and very little development.
