Bar Beach Park provides 34 acres of sandy beach and recreational activities such as a basketball court, playgrounds, and picnic tables. A fishing pier is also accessible for those fond of fishing, or who simply enjoy a walking, or cycling on the pier. If you are in the area for the weekend, be sure to check out A Sunday Afternoon Summer Concert Series beginning July 4th and lasting through August 31st. Visitors must be aware that a parking fee applies year round.
