North Hampton State Beach is a sandy oceanfront beach that is a great place for swimming and picnicking. There are restrooms and changerooms available for beachgoers. If you drive to the beach, there is metered parking available along Route 1A. There are no pets allowed on the beach.

This location is monitored twice a week from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The North Hampton State Park is open from May 1 - Nov. 1.
