Neel's Landing is a popular boat ramp located between Rome and Cartersville on Hwy 411. It serves as a great take-out location for paddles from Hardin Bridge Ramp or Euharlee Rd Ramp. Paddlers heading downstream from Neel's Landing should note that it is over 18 miles to the next public take-out at Dixon Landing. This site has a porta-potty and plenty of gravel parking.
