Jennette's Pier is a 1,000-foot pier that offers great ocean views, fishing, people-watching, shopping, and snack bars. It's easy to fish such as red drum, striped bas, flounder, king mackerel from the pier. There are new larger stabilized dunes and a handicap-accessible ramp to the beach. The beach has a great parking area. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the pier house counter; however, a license is not needed for pier fishing. The pier offers week-long summer camps from mid-June to mid-August, which range from fishing to biology to exploring the ocean. It is also available for private rental.
