Oklawaha Greenway Trail

Begins behind the Henderson County Parks & Recreation building, travels through the Jackson Park Nature Trail, passes by King Memorial and Sullivan Park, through Mud Creek and ends in Patton Park. From beginning to end the trail distance is 1.89 miles. Phase three is under construction with an expected completion time around May or June of 2016. When completed the trail will connect Berkeley Park all the way to Jackson Park with connections to Patton Park, Sullivan Park, and William H. King Memorial Park.

Mud Creek is a tributary of the French Broad. It is listed on the EPA's federal 303D list.
