Middles is the name of the surf break in the middle of Hanalei Bay, with amazing surf during the winter. The entry to this surf spot is through Waioli Beach Park. There are lifeguards at the park and amenities including restrooms, showers, picnic tables. and free parking. This family-friendly beach has a long white sand beach, great for a stroll down to the Hanalei Pier.
