Located at the mouth of Ochlockonee Bay, Mash Island Park provides an assorted environment for visitors. As part of the Coastal Marsh Belt, the park hosts marsh grasses, a secluded beach, savannas, tidal creeks and pools. Low water levels invite families to bring their children. Tidal pools offer a plethora of sites for explorers, and birders will not be disappointed. The park is operated by Wakulla County and is open year-round. Activities popular here are canoeing/kayaking, windsurfing, scuba diving, fresh water fishing and boating. Fishing regulations/license may apply. Onsite amenities include a pier and boat ramp.
