Martin's Beach
Half Moon Bay, California, United States

Martin's Beach sits nestled along the coast halfway between Half Moon Bay and Pescadero in San Mateo County. Access it from Martin's Beach Road off of Highway 1; there is a large billboard off of the beach side of the highway currently painted green. This beach is a pretty little cove with clean sand and lots of diverse sea life. Fishermen and other beachgoers often park on the side of the highway and walk down to the beach. There are a few picnic tables right by the water for those who want to pack a lunch. Dogs and other pets are not encouraged, but if you do bring one make sure to responsibly clean up after your pet. This is a great spot to take photos and take long walks down the beach. There are signs posted that say the beach is closed but locals and visitors still come regularly.
