Marler Park
Fort Walton Beach, Florida, United States

Operated by Okaloosa County, Ross Marler Park was refurbished in 2006. This handicap accessible park offers swimming, fishing and boating access to the Choctawhatchee Bay. Parking spaces include 20 trailer slots and 80 regular spaces with a tram stop. Lifeguards are on duty. In 2009, grant funding provided the grounds with a rubber-surfaced playground and a walking perimeter. Onsite amenities include fishing platform, two boat launches, restrooms, pavilions, roped-swimming area and an interpretive walking trail. Fishing regulations/licenses may apply.
