BEACH INFO:

Mara Provincial Park is located near the Shuswap Lake area, south of the community of Sicamous and north of the community of Enderby. The park offers a long sandy stretch of beach, makinking it a popular spot for swimming, boating and fishing. During the summer months, Mara lake park can become extremely crowded. Swimmers are encouraged to use the designated swimming area due to the high amount of boat activity on the lake. This park provides picnic tables, pit and flush (wheelchair accessible) toilets, and a day-use boat launch. Camping and camp fires are strictly prohibited.
