Loon Lake is a naturally stocked lake, one of the few in BC, featuring rainbow trout. The lake has log cabins, an RV park, boats, bait and tackle store, laundromat, playground, and srpring water. In the midst of Ponderosa pines, this 7-mile lake is also part of the nearby community, which holds an annual winter festival. Nearby wildlife includes deer, moose, coyotes, black bear, beavers, eagles, ospreys, and more.
