Linnell Landing Beach is located at the end of Linnell Landing Road off of Route 6A overlooking the Cape Cod Bay. Like other Brewster bay beaches, the flats extend far out during low tide, creating a tide pool playground for children to explore little fish, shells, and crabs. Here you will find lots of beach space for swimming, sunbathing, and fishing. There are portable restrooms located near the medium-sized parking lot. There are no lifeguards on duty, and there is limited handicap accessibility. Resident parking stickers are $20 and seasonal parking stickers are $150.
