The Laguna Beach area refers to a region of Panama City Beach. The County provides several public beach access points throughout the 2.6 mile stretch of Gulf of Mexico's coastline. Individuals may access the white sands along the gulf via boardwalks across from 12th Street, 15th Street and 16th Street. Access boardwalks are available to the East of 14th Street and to the West of Wisteria Street. Oleander Street and Twin Lakes Drive offer both eastern and western access. Boardwalks vary in width and structure. Additional onsite amenities may not be available.
