Lagoon beach is located in Reid State Park. The park has sandy beaches as well as this lagoon swimming area, which is a good place for children to swim. There is a lifeguard on duty daily.

The water quality at the beach is monitored by Reid SP Beach/Park Manager, Sam Wilkinson.
