El nombre de esta playa es porque para ingresar a ella hay una curva. Este lugar lo usan para pescar y recrear porque es área somera en su gran mayoría. Su arena fina y su poca profundidad la hacen especial para llevar a los pequeños, Años atrás era la playa más popular de puerto san Carlos y el municipio, hoy en día es en semana santa cuando más la usan para recrear y acampar.

The Curve Beach takes its name from its location on a sharp curve on the highway into Puerto San Carlos. It’s shallow waters and sandy beach make it a good choice for families with small children. Years ago, this was the most popular beach for San Carlos & other county residents, however, today it is mostly used during Semana Santa (Holy Week) for camping, fishing, and recreation.
