Kano Inlet
Haida Gwaii, British Columbia, Canada

Kano Inlet, also known as Qanuu Gandll to the Haida people, is located on the rugged and remote southwest coast of Graham Island and has no communities in area. Because of its remote and secluded location, Kano Inlet boasts some of the best sport fishing in world, offering a range of salmonids, halibut, lingcod, and rockfish. The famous M.V. Salmon Seeker is located in Kano Inlet and provides first-class lodging and guided fishing adventures. The Inlet is south of Rennell Sound and is only accessible through the logging road to Rennell Sound, boat, or plane. Kano Inlet is a world-class location for sport and commercial fishing, was a location for mining in the past, and currently has a small logging industry.
