John's Pond has a large beach with pebbly sand. The calm water, playground, and roomy sandy area make it a great family destination. There are lifeguards on duty and restrooms available. There is a parking area with handicap spaces. A beach parking sticker is required or visitors must pay the daily/weekly parking fee.
