Jericho Bridge - Jerusalem Mill
Pleasant Hills, Maryland, United States

The Jericho Bridge is near the historic Jerusalem Mill Village, which serves as the headquarters for Gunpowder Falls State Park. The Bridge stretches across the Little Gunpowder Falls and splits Jerusalem, Harford County and Kingsville, Baltimore County. In 1978, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
We've used this location as a reference site for bacteria monitoring since 2018 because it is directly downstream of a Tier II High Quality waterway.
This location is not a designated swimming beach and has no lifeguard; however, anglers enjoy this nationally renowned special trout management area downstream from Prettyboy Reservoir and hikers and horseback riders can access this stretch of water from the Little Gunpowder Trail.
