Located in the Rogers Park neighborhood of North Chicago, Howard Street Park and Beach is a great location to relax. This small beach and park located at the end of Eastlake Terrace provides casual swimming as well as long distance swimming along the shoreline. There is only street parking available and no on-site washrooms.
