Higgins Beach is located near the mouth of the Spurwink River in Higgins Beach, an oceanfront village in Scarborough. From swimming in the warm water to surfing the waves, beachgoers will enjoy many recreational activities at this white sandy beach. Parking for the beach is on Ocean Avenue. Parking fees are in effect. There are no amenities at this beach.

The beach is monitored for water quality by Higgins Beach Association Beach Manager, Glennis Chabot.
