Hersey Lake Conservation Area is a year-round recreational facility just north of Timmins Ontario. The area provides many outdoor activities such as swimming at the sandy beach or hiking on one of its many trails.

The trail system in the conservation area connects to the Timmins Recreation Trail Network, a 45 km non-motorized trail system stretching across the community. Each major intersection of trails within Hersey Lake is named and marked with a sign pole which are clearly marked on the reverse side map.

Amenities include picnic facilities, public washrooms, boardwalks, scenic lookout points, rest stops and parking.
