This boat ramp sits just downstream of the confluence in downtown Rome, GA where the Etowah and Oostanaula Rivers combine to form the Coosa River. This ramp location has plenty of paved parking, a large ramp, bathrooms, and a small playground. The Heritage Boat Ramp serves as an excellent take-out for paddlers that launched at Dixon Landing 6 miles upstream on the Etowah River.
